Over all impression one star. Restaurant tables weren't bussed even though no we were the only customers there. Staff surly and slow. |
| Food: I didn't eat. | |
| Beer: As I always do, I ordered a "taster" set of beers. After waiting for about fifteen minutes (even though no one else was in the restaurant, a sure sign of what to expect) Alexandria Brewing Company brought nine three ounce glasses, two thirds full of their beers for me to taste ($12.00). | |

The Kolsch had the classic crappy aftertaste of poorly brewed wheat beer. |

|
The "Lights" was an American lager. Not bad on flavor it a bit hoppy for the style. |
Yuck! |
Next came "Cider" . Oh my god! Put it BACK in the dog! the worst! As bas as a really BAD lambic. No stars, and a matter of fact minus two stars. |

Gov's IPA wasn't too bad. A good amber color, clear and really hoppy. On par with a good homebrew. |

E.S.A. I guess was supposed to be a ESB but didn't make it. Had yeast problems |

Nat-Dark was Alexandria's attempt at a brown ale. It had good body, sweet taste and a good mouth feel. |
|
Stout No question the best of the lot. I don't know what they did, but they really nailed this one |
Yuck! |
Porter: Their Porter was bad as their Stout was good. It has an aftertaste equivalent to a big swig of lighter fluid. |
