The Complete System |
This page gives an overall view of the brewery,
photos of the system taken from all sides. If nothing else, you've
got to admit it's one darn good looking system! |
 |
The Burner System |
This link explores the burners, how they are set up,
and what areas had to be "engineered". |
 |
The Propane Connection |
This brewery has an Allen Gawthrop designed propane
delivery system. Using his system I've been able to cut my propane
use by over half. |
 |
The Pump System |
Okay, so it's an Ebay pump, so what, it works like a
charm. The quick connects are the key to ease of
use. |
 |
The Water Filtration
System |
This should be pretty basic to most brewers but you
would be surprised at how many people start off just dumping tap water
into their hand crafted brew. |

Still working on it! Check

 |
The Stand |
These are the original drawings I worked up on the
computer before I started building. I think the finished product
lives up to the design. Cup holders anyone? |
 |
The Sparge System |
I keep hearing about no-sparge brewing. Tried it,
hated it. If you don't sparge you are throwing money (and good wort)
down the drain. This is a Joe Snavely adjustable head design.
An improved version of the standard. |

Still working on it. Check back! |
 |
The Mill |
Every good brew begins at the mill. Nothing
new or earth shattering here, just good basic grinding. Here's how
we do it. |
 |
The Hops |
Home grown hops are not that difficult to do. Here's some photos of
last years crop. |
