The Stand
The unit is 28" high not counting the wheels. The black tube quick connects to the pump in the center unit. The grey around the burner was a heat shield but not needed. |
The top is 22" X 22" with 16" angle iron for the keg to rest on. The igniter holder had to be created out of a piece of aluminum. The burner is Metal Fusion 170K BTU. |
This is a side shot of a burner unit with the water filter attached. Quick connects on the filter makes it ease to snap on hoses.
|
This is the center unit. The propane is attached to a gate valve with a quick connect at the top. This way either of the burner units can quick connect to the propane without hassling the bottle. The pump has quick connects on each side. |

This is the top of the center unit. The stainless steel pan is convenient for used hop bags, spoons, thermometers etc that you are always looking to stick somewhere. It also lifts out to easily turn on the propane tank. The switch is for the pump. Okay so the cup holder is a little over the top. Maybe an ashtray?
